1.鸡腿肉撕成丝,切成碎末

2.鸡肉碎放到大碗里,加入香菜末、鸡蛋一个,盐,十三香少许搅匀

3.加入少许水搅成稀面糊,备用

4.鸡蛋两个,加少许玉米淀粉、清水少许打散,静置几分钟

5.刷了少许油的电饼铛预热后,倒入鸡肉碎面糊,快速晃动饼铛,面糊摊匀

6.上下都在加热的电饼铛盖上盖子

7.饼鼓起来后即可小心的铲出来放一边备用

8.电饼铛降一下温,再刷一点油,倒蛋液快速晃动摊蛋皮,蛋皮快凝固时迅速放在刚才摊好的鸡肉饼

9.快速的卷起来,在接口处刷蛋液粘合一下,接口处朝下烙制一会,牢固后再翻面烙到两面有虎皮状即可出锅,切成小段就可以了。

小窍门&温馨提示
1 内层的鸡肉软饼面糊要稀,要不烙出来的饼一卷就裂
2 外层蛋皮的面糊里加少许淀粉和清水,蛋皮不脆、易成型
3 蛋皮刚要凝固就放鸡肉软饼卷,凝固后就粘合不到一起了,我的就有一点动作慢了
4 外层的蛋皮也可以不加,单纯的鸡肉饼也很美味
